One of the most common pieces of advice the featured speakers have been sharing with me is this: to really get to know your audience, so you can tailor your presentation to what they need, mingle with them before you go on stage. This works very well if you’re an extrovert, someone who recharges their energy by being around others. But what if you’re an introvert, who needs alone time to recharge?
