Tim Manson, President and founder of Innovative Horizons, is a corporate trainer and motivational speaker as well as an avid horseman, with more than 28 years of experience in the field of adult training and more than 36 years of experience working with horses. With this background, Tim became an Equine Assisted Training Specialist and a pioneer in the field of equine-assisted corporate training.
He naturally evolved from the classroom environment to the experiential environment, partnering with horses to teach Leadership, Team Building, Communication Skills, and Personal Growth in his highly acclaimed Equine Assisted Goals for Leadership Enhancement Series (E.A.G.L.E.S).
