Catherine Bell, AICI CIP is an international speaker, author and President of Prime Impressions Image Consulting who is often quoted in publications such as The N. Y. Times, The Globe and Mail, The National Post, Sun Media, Canadian Business Magazine and More Magazine and has been a guest on national television and radio.

Catherine is one of a handful of Certified Image Professionals (CIPs) of the Association of Image Consultants International to be listed in the AICI Hall of Fame and is the recipient of the prestigious AICI Award of Excellence in Education. She has shared her expertise with her peers as an AICI International Board Member, Ethics Chair, First Level Certification Chair, and member of numerous committees, including Civility and Disabilities, and Continuing Education.

Catherine specializes in working with businesses and individuals to address image management and protocol issues that influence their success. For the past 25 years, her reputation as a dynamic and informative trainer has kept her in demand with corporations and educational institutions. Teaching presentation skills to information technology and trades students has become an important focus of her career. With a small amount of coaching, she has seen hundreds of people quickly excel at delivering presentations with confidence and professionalism. In addition, her clients have benefited from strategies that create positive first impressions: business attire, dressing down without bottoming out, business and social etiquette, non-verbal communications, business networking and customer care. She succeeds in reaching people at all levels and ages with her warm, engaging style and sense of humor.

A master networker, Catherine spent six years as an Assistant Director of BNI (Business Network International), the world’s largest word-of-mouth referral organization, and as a polio survivor, she currently volunteers on the Board of Directors of Ontario March of Dimes.

Along with authors such as Jay Conrad Levinson, Harvey Mackay, John Naisbitt, Tom Peters, and Mark Victor Hansen, Catherine was invited to contribute to the New York Times best-seller Masters of Networking: Building Relationships for Your Pocketbook and Soul.
