Leverage nervous energy to improve your presentations

Face it, you are going to experience at least some nervous energy whenever you get to speak. But it doesn’t need to debilitate you.

It’s all in how you choose to look at your nervous energy. You can look at it in a “fight or flight” way … or as excitement and anticipation. How you look at it, will determine how it affects your speech.

The above video was excerpted from two 45-minute workshops I facilitated for a group of teens and young adults. I am available to speak to your group, both in-person and virtually, on a variety of topics. For more information, visit www.carmaspence.com/speaker.
