Know Your Audience, Part 5 – Speech Objectives

Speech Objectives
In this video, I talk about the four objectives all speeches have.

The objectives are:

  • Inform
  • Inspire
  • Persuade
  • Entertain

I also mention that to engage an audience you need to be:

  • Knowledgable
  • Confident
  • Positively energetic

Would you like me to speak at your meeting or event? I am available to speak to your group, both in-person and virtually, on a variety of topics. For more information, visit www.carmaspence.com/speaker.
