Robert Arnoff received his BBA in Business Management from KSU in 1980. His benefits training started with the Wharton School of Business through the coursework in the CEBS program. In 1984, Robert formed Arnoff and Associates Inc., an employee benefits firm. From Fall 2007 through Spring 2009, he was a facilitator for the SHRM’s SPHR/PHR program taught at Devry University. Robert is an accomplished speaker on many employee benefits topics.

Robert serves as a board member for the Lupus Foundation of America, Greater Cleveland Chapter. Additionally, he is a member of the NE Ohio Health Underwriters Association, the National Association of Health Underwriters and the Financial Executives Networking Group, and is an associate member of Municipal Finance Officers Association. He is a member of the Solon Chamber of Commerce and the Solon HR Roundtable.

Robert is the co-author of The 3R’s of Employee Benefits: Recruiting, Retention, Rewards. He is also an instructor at Cleveland State University and is scheduled to teach a course on his employee benefits book in May 2011. In 2009 Robert was recognized by two national trade publications for being the most innovative employee benefits adviser in the country.
